    Hi
Have you converted a Land Rover Series 1 before or do you think that it is possible?
    I have a 1955, 86” hardtop model.
Is it possible to give a very rough estimate to how much it may cost to covert to electric?

I enjoyed your interview with EV daily by the way.
    Regards
    David.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for your query.

We are in conversation with someone about a LandRover conversion but we haven’t agreed it yet.
We would love to do a Land Rover! There’s plenty of space for a big battery pack, a powerful motor and you can do 4 wheeled drive easily using ‘pancake’ motors on the axles inside the wheels.

The cost would depend on the size of the battery pack and so on, but it would start around £25k fitted and working.
Hope that gives you food for thought. can I call you to discuss it next week sometime?

    Regards,

    Gilly
